1. Refund eligibility

First-time purchases may be considered for a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge if the customer cannot access the service or the service fails to function materially as described.

2. Non-refundable situations

  • Renewal charges after prior successful use of the service.
  • Requests made after substantial use of the software.
  • Requests made after the stated refund window has passed.

3. Subscription cancellation

A subscription may be cancelled before the next billing date to prevent future renewal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current paid period.

4. How to request a refund

Refund requests should be sent through the designated product support channel together with purchase information and a brief explanation of the issue encountered.
