1. Service description
Listing Guard is a software product designed to help Etsy sellers review listing text for possible policy and intellectual property risks before publication.
Listing Guard is operated by Hangzhou Yuhang Yusheng E-commerce Studio.
2. License and access
Purchasing Listing Guard grants the buyer a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software for their internal business use. The buyer may not resell, sublicense, copy, or distribute the service without written permission.
3. Billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected monthly or yearly term. Subscription access remains active until the current paid period ends or the subscription is cancelled.
Public prices are listed on the pricing page. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Listing Guard does not currently offer a free trial or introductory discount unless explicitly stated on the pricing page.
Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle may also issue a refund without prior consent where necessary to help prevent an imminent chargeback or otherwise comply with its buyer protection process.
If a refund or reversal is processed, Listing Guard may suspend, downgrade, or revoke access to paid features, subscriptions, license-based activation, or related service access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass license controls or payment requirements.
- Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service except as allowed by law.
5. Important disclaimer
Listing Guard provides automated risk warnings and writing suggestions only. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee a listing will comply with Etsy policies or third-party rights.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if payment is not completed, or if the product is used in a way that creates abuse or security risk.
